We want you to be as comfortable as possible on your period. Just follow the measurements above.
We recommend measuring yourself, and not going by your standard size. Each style and pair will vary, so please check this if ordering multiple styles.
If you're in-between sizes we recommend sizing up.

I’ve mostly used pads and tampons in the past and it costs a packet. I did try a menstrual cup but I found it invasive. Not a fan. But my period undies. I’m super into them as I can wear them like a normal pair of undies. And it being my first time wearing them. I was like checking them and they were perfectly dry on the outside ! So good 😊 and now it saves me soo much hassle. I’m definitely going to purchase some swimwear next. Thanks ☺️ for making them. I definitely recommend them for everyone.

I bought from the UK and bought quite a few pairs. I’ve tried loads of period pants and they’ve always been bad, I took quite a chance on these and I have to say it really paid off! I love them. I could probably have got a size smaller but I didn’t want to risk them being too tight. Genuinely wish I’d bought a few more!

These are so comfortable and light weight. They don’t feel as bulky as other period undies I’ve tried. The fit and fabric are perfect and I felt sexy and confident wearing them.

I have tried one other well known brand and found they weren’t very comfortable. These are sooo stretchy and comfortable! Love them, and will definitely be purchasing more! The gusset has great coverage and comes up high enough at the front without adding bulk, but still feel secure.
Had to get use to the tight fit around my inner thighs, but once use to that most comfortable undies, they hold ALLLOT! I was initially very hesitant, but my confidence quickly grew and they are my most comfy undies during my period - best wear to bed -- no more bunching of pads or waddling to the toilet in the morning when that heavy flow wants to come out quickly when you stand - confidence is all I have to say with these undies.
So comfortable would love these in a high front gusset.
