It's best to switch your period undies every 6-8 hours (keep in mind, this may be more regularly if you have a very heavy flow). This makes them perfect for a day at work, home or even overnight!

Please make sure to regularly wash your undies, and to ensure that you rinse them before machine washing.

For the most hygienic results, we recommend the following washing steps:

1. Pre-rinse using cold water

2. Wash in temperatures under 30°

3. Make sure to stretch them out for the comfiest fit.
